Summer Bookaday Check In

Summer Bookaday Check In

Unfortunately, I don’t think I ever even wrote about the summer bookaday challenge I am doing, so here it is. 58 days in!

The goal, created by the wonderful Donalyn Miller, is to read a book for each day of the summer.

I am allotting  70 days for my summer. My goal is to read 70 books OR 7,000 pages. I am also keeping track of time because our local library’s summer reading requires this part.

Here is how I am doing!

I just went to the library and grabbed a ton of graphic novels and picture books. I really think I can make 70 books! I am reading a lot of picture books so I can plan out the Classroom Bookaday I would like to try this school year, so what better way to meet my goal?

Wish me luck!
