First Glance: The Crowns of Croswald by D. E. Night

The first book on my #MGReadathon list is this beauty. I was immediately drawn to this cover for many reasons.

1. The balance of dark and light colors
2. The fairies-I love fantasy books
3. The font
4. The mystery from the images has me asking many questions-why are the fairies locked up? Are they used for light or magic? Have they been captured?

I am excited to dive into this book today for the Readathon. It is also a book for our #LitReviewCrew and I am excited to read the thoughts the first reviewer, Ariel, had while she was reading.
