Six Word Story Saturday #1
Weekly Blog Post: Six Word Story Saturday
I am trying a new blog post…six word Saturday. I really want to start writing more and I thought this would be a great way to start.
I don’t have any requirements other than it has to be six words. If you have one, comment below with your story or a link to your story! I hope you enjoy!
She uncapped the pen and began.
Happy reading and blogging! Thanks for visiting.
Your six-word story is really all there is to writing. It’s the jump to begin that’s the scary part. Good luck with your series. Who knows, maybe a short story or novel idea will grow from one of your six-word stories.
I’m a fellow writer who’s new to blogging and book reviewing, and am very impressed by your blog. I was wondering if you had any tips for newbie bloggers.
If you have the time, please check out my blog @breenysbooks. I’d love any feedback. Have a wonderful day.
Hello! Thank you for your compliments! I am very excited to write these six word stories to get the creative juices flowing. I do similar activities with my students and need to remember to do them myself!
Welcome to blogging! I have been blogging for a year and have really decided I enjoy it most by doing more than just reviews. I do love my reviews, but doing book tags and other posts is so much fun because they are personal to my reading life. I highly recommend following other blogs to get ideas. I use Bloglovin’, it’s an app and a website, to keep track of my followers. I also have an Instagram account just for books and my classroom and I follow teachers and bookstagrammers. They give me ideas on blog topics and pictures. Most also have blogs, so that is how I get ideas.
I have a few posts on blogging if you search blogging tips. Let me know if you have questions, I am always there for advice although I am not the most qualified expert. Happy blogging!
