Thank you Kalaniot Books and Media Masters Publicity for sharing this picture book with the LitReviewCrew. This is one of those picture books that can be read and enjoyed by anyone of any age. It is a fiction story steeped in history. I really liked the portrayal of the possible friendship between two people who thought and behaved differently than those in their circles-Rabbi Judah Aryeh of Modena and Tintoretto. This book shows the beauty of learning other cultures, doing what makes you happy, and the power of friendship.
3 things about this book…
1-unlikely friendships
2-being different
3-understanding others

I hope you read and enjoy this wonderful picture book!
